Retail Assistant

Executive Cake Pastry Chef

Direct cake and pastry operations. Create exceptional desserts and manage production teams. Proven pastry chef experience, preferably with management background, and passion for traditional craftsmanship required.

FOH Manager

Manage our team and deliver exceptional customer experiences whilst supervising staff and maintaining high standards. Proven hospitality management experience and strong leadership skills required.

Experienced Barista

Craft exceptional coffee and stunning latte art. Opportunities for skill development in supportive environment. Proven barista skills a must.

Production Operations Manager

Coordinate bakery production teams across multiple Canberra sites. Oversee bread, pastry, cake, and pie operations. Proven bakery production management experience and strong leadership skills essential.

Breakfast Chef

Drive kitchen operations and menu innovation. Develop seasonal breakfast and café menus. 3-5 years leadership experience, passion and long-term commitment required.
