Sweet pastry filled with silky vanilla crème, topped with whipped hazelnut praline, roasted hazelnuts and gold leaf. It’s rich, yet light, oh so creamy and has beautiful, complimentary nutty flavour.  It’s made to be shared around the table, a lovely way to celebrate Dad.
