Q: How do I earn loyalty points?

A. There are several ways to earn points.

Shopping in store is the main way:

For General Members you earn 1 point per $1 spent in store.

For Silver Members you earn 2 points per $1 spent in store.

For Gold Members you earn 2 points per $1 spent in store.
However you can also earn points several other ways, simply click on the "earn" button

at the bottom of your app to discover all the ways.

Q: Do points that I don't use expire?

A. No, if you do not use your points to claim as vouchers they do not expire.

Q: What are the different points for Rewards vs for Tiers

A. Tiers work off of lifetime points, meaning the number of points you have acquired over the lifetime of L'épi loyalty member. These points never go away. The rewards points, are the points you can accumulate and redeem for Reward Vouchers. Once you redeem points for the voucher. The points are taken off your reward points account.

Q. How many points do I have?

A. Your reward points are displayed on the top right corner and under the
Welcome to L'épi Bakery text on the loyalty app.

Lifetime points are displayed when you click "more" in the footer menu of the app.

Q: What are the rewards on offer?

A. Our members receive the following rewards:
$10 Voucher in exchange for 250 points

$20 Voucher in exchange for 400 points

$50 Voucher in exchange for 600 points
Plus, our members gain access to member only specials and offers sent via SMS and EMAIL. Including end of day sales, special member only releases and more.

Q: How do I claim a reward voucher?

A. There are two (2) ways. Through the APP: Click redeem at the bottom of the app which will bring up a QR code to scan in store. Alternatively, share your phone number or email with our staff in store and they will find your voucher in store.  Please note, balances do not remain attached to a voucher. As such if your purchase amount is not equal to or above the voucher amount, the remaining balance will be forfeited after the transaction.

Q: Where has my reward voucher gone?

A. Reward Vouchers are attached to the number of reward points you have. As such if you have 550 reward points there will be both a $10 voucher and $20 voucher active in your account. If you choose to use the $10 voucher, you will use up 250 reward points, leaving 300 points in your account. Therefore the $20 voucher will disappear, and a $10 voucher will then be active. Please note, balances do not remain attached to a voucher. As such if your purchase amount is not equal to or above the voucher amount, the remaining balance will be forfeited after the transaction.

Q. Why do my loyalty points awarded through online orders not match my order value?

A. Please note for online orders, points are not attributed to any card fees.

Q: Do I earn loyalty points when I purchase a gift card?

A. No

Q: How do I subscribe to emails or SMS communication

to hear about these exclusive offers?

A. In the loyalty app lepibakery.marsello.app 

Select More from the footer menu.

Then select the Preferences button.
Here you will see options for communication.

You can toggle "on" or "off" the promotional messages

for Emails or SMS messages.
Then click Save changes
