What We're Looking For
We're seeking a talented individual with prior barista experience who has a deep understanding of coffee and possesses the artistry to create visually appealing drinks. You'll need proficiency in espresso extraction, milk frothing, and latte art, along with strong communication skills to engage with customers. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, commitment to excellence, and the ability to thrive in our fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a positive attitude.
Coffee Expertise
Minimum 1 year barista experience with proficiency in espresso extraction, milk frothing, latte art, and knowledge of brewing methods and coffee trends.
Excellent Service
Strong communication skills to engage with diverse customers, provide recommendations, and share your passion for coffee whilst delivering exceptional service.
Technical Skills
Master espresso machines, grinders, POS systems, and cash handling whilst maintaining clean, organised work areas and inventory management.
