Open Positions

Apprentices

Learn your trade in a real artisan environment. Work alongside experienced bakers and pastry chefs across bread and pastry at our Hume production kitchen. No experience necessary — just a genuine enthusiasm for craft and a willingness to work hard.

FOH Manager

Manage our team and deliver exceptional customer experiences whilst supervising staff and maintaining high standards. Proven hospitality management experience and strong leadership skills required.

Personal Assistant

Support a dynamic business owner with scheduling, correspondence, and project coordination across multiple ventures. Seeking someone highly organised and proactive.

Pastry Chef & Baker

Craft sourdough, pastries, cakes, and pies at the heart of our Hume production kitchen. A hands-on role for an experienced baker or pastry chef who takes pride in their work and thrives in a small, collaborative team.

FOH Supervisor

Oversee daily operations and mentor our passionate staff. Competitive wages, advancement opportunities, and continuous training in dynamic hospitality environment.

FOH Team Member

Join our friendly front of house team serving exceptional pastries and breads. We value positive attitudes, excellent communication, and genuine passion for quality service.

Experienced Barista
