What We're Looking For
We're seeking a dedicated and experienced hospitality manager with proven supervisory experience in the industry. You'll need exceptional leadership skills to motivate and develop a diverse team, along with strong communication and interpersonal abilities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to handle customer feedback professionally, and capable of remaining calm under pressure whilst adapting to changing circumstances in our busy bakery environment.
Management Experience
Proven supervisory or management experience in hospitality with exceptional leadership skills and ability to train, coach, and conduct performance evaluations for diverse teams.
Operational Excellence
Strong skills in coordinating front-of-house staff, collaborating with kitchen teams, maintaining cleanliness standards, and managing inventory whilst ensuring timely, accurate service delivery.
Customer Focus
Proficiency in handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally whilst implementing health and safety standards and developing strategies to enhance guest experiences.
