What We're Looking For
We're seeking a talented and experienced Pastry Chef to lead our pastry department operations. You'll need proven pastry chef experience with a strong portfolio of cakes, pastries, and desserts, preferably with management or supervisory experience in bakery, hospitality, or food production environments. The ideal candidate will be passionate about pastry craftsmanship, confident in managing teams, and skilled at coordinating production, orders, and supplies to ensure efficiency and excellence.

Leadership
Proven pastry chef experience with ability to design, develop, and produce high-quality cakes, pastries, and desserts whilst managing, training, and inspiring teams to maintain performance and creativity.
Operational Management
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with ability to coordinate order fulfillment across all stores, manage inventory, source ingredients, and maintain cost efficiency whilst ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Quality Standards
Excellent knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety standards with ability to maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation across all pastry operations.
