We're Hiring:  Pastry Chef & Baker

Based at our production kitchen in Hume, you'll be at the heart of what we make, crafting sourdough, pastries, cakes, and pies that reflect our commitment to quality and craft.

 

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes real pride in their work. We're a small, collaborative team where technique, creativity, and consistency matter. If that's the environment you do your best work in, you'll feel right at home.

What We're Looking For

We want someone who brings experience, care, and their own personality to the work. The energy of our production team shows in every product we make.

Craft

Proven experience as a baker or pastry chef with strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to quality.

Production Confidence

Comfortable with early starts, physical work, and a fast-paced kitchen. Consistent, reliable, and focused.

Team Fit

You communicate well, contribute ideas, and bring good energy to the people around you.
